FunctionResearch & Development - JaipurPay BandE4 to M2RoleVV-PremiumA purpose driven role for youThe ideal candidate will oversee the planning, execution, and reporting of EV test activities at vehicle and system level, ensuring the Durability, Reliability, Performance and Safety of our electric vehicles throughout
their development lifecycle. The candidate will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams within and outside CIT to execute comprehensive testing protocols.A Day in the life\xef\x82\xb7 Develop and implement comprehensive test plans for electric vehicles, encompassing performance, durability, functionality, safety and compliance testing
\xef\x82\xb7 Conducting hands-on testing activities, both in laboratory and field environments, to validate vehicle performance, functionality and durability under various operating conditions. Instrumentation of test vehicles to record data from vehicle CAN and other sensors
\xef\x82\xb7 Analysing test data using data analysis softwares and preparing results to identify trends, anomalies, and performance metrics.
\xef\x82\xb7 Generating comprehensive test reports and documentation, database management, summarizing findings, test procedures, and recommendations for stakeholders.
\xef\x82\xb7 Investigating and troubleshooting issues encountered during testing, collaborating with COCs to propose and implement effective solutions.
\xef\x82\xb7 Contributing to the continuous improvement of testing methodologies, preparing new fixtures for tests to enhance efficiency, accuracy and reliability of testing activities.Academic Qualification & ExperienceBachelor\'s degree n Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering or Automobile EngineeringTechnical Skills/Knowledge\xef\x82\xa7 Proven experience in electric two wheeler testing or automotive testing with a focus on EV systems.
\xef\x82\xa7 Good knowledge of electric vehicle architecture, propulsion systems, battery technology, validation methods and charging infrastructure
\xef\x82\xa7 Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
\xef\x82\xa7 Better to have proficiency in EV data logging, Knowledge of CAN protocol and experienced in relevant software tools for test data analysis (CANalyzer/DiaLog, etc)
\xef\x82\xa7 Familiarity with industry standards and regulations governing electric vehicles and automotive safety (e.g. AIS, UN ECE regulations)
\xef\x82\xa7 Proficient in MS Excel and other MS Office toolsBehavioural Skills\xef\x82\xa7 Effective communication skills
