We require tool room Asst.Engineer/Engineer/Sr. Engineer for our factory engaged in manufacturing of automobile components located at Annur, Coimbatore

JOB DESCRIPTION

• To create plans and specifications for new tools dies, jig fixtures.
• Inspect the condition of existing tools, dies and fixtures.
• Perform repairs and modifications to maintain or improve tool functionality.
• To troubleshoot problems related to tooling.
• Responsible for planning and developing new product / Tool as per customer requirement.
• Product design verification and suggestions.
• New product development tooling supports.
• Local Vendor development for Tooling
• Tool maintenance Preventive plan / Act
• Preventive Checklist preparation during for all tools
• Tool history card maintaining.
• Critical spare identification and maintain stock level for Critical spares.
• Preparation, review and control of internal technical documents.
• Working, validation & verification of Design calculation, analyzing, feasibility study for new conceptual designs.

CANDIDATES REQUIREMENTS

• Qualification : NTTF / Diploma in Tool & die maker
• Experience : Min.5 - 8 Years in only stamping industries is required
• Preferred background from Automotive industries and preferred experience in IATF 16949 : 2016 certified company.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?25,242.97 - ?35,006.37 per month
