A performance-driven and knowledgeable CFD and FEA Analyst with minimum four years of experience in coordinating complete design processes for multiple products, implementing new procedures, and producing detailed technical drawings and analyses. Demonstrates strong commercial awareness and technical expertise, leading to numerous cost-saving initiatives across various engineering disciplines.
Key Responsibilities:
• CFD and FEA Analysis:
+ Conduct Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD) and Finite Element Analysis (FEA) for main frame structures.
+ Perform detailed analysis and simulations to ensure structural integrity and performance of designs.
+ Develop and validate models for various components, including pipe layers and combat vehicles.
• Design and Concept Modeling (added advantage):
+ Knowledge of modelling software such as Solidworks, CATIA or CREO for design and concept modeling of components and systems.
+ Implement BIQ checks and develop mass balance calculations for new machine designs.
+ Automate extraction of Staad output to 3D models for fabrication using Solidworks Macros.
