XPO India Shared ServicesABAP DeveloperWhat you\'ll do on a typical day:

• Design and implement ABAP enhancements to standard SAP ECP functions, including payroll calculations, tax reporting, and benefits integration, to meet unique business requirements and local legal regulations.
• Develop custom payroll reports and interfaces for SAP ECP using ABAP, ensuring accurate and timely payroll processing, compliance reporting, and decision support for management.
• Create ABAP programs to simulate payroll runs, test new payroll features, and debug issues in the payroll processing, enhancing accuracy and reducing risks associated with payroll updates and configurations.
• Leverage Business Add-Ins (BAdIs) and the ABAP Enhancement Framework to modify and extend standard SAP ECP functionality without disrupting the core system, ensuring future upgrade compatibility.
• Analyze and optimize ABAP code and SAP ECP configurations to improve the performance of payroll processes, reducing payroll run times and enhancing system responsiveness.

What you need to succeed at XPO:At a minimum, you\'ll need:

• Bachelor\'s degree in computer science, information systems or other related field; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 2 years of ABAP development experience
• Experience with SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll (ECP)
• Excellent analytical skills with strong attention to detail
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Self-motivated and able to work well with minimal supervision
• SAP certification in ABAP development

It\'d be great if you also have:

• Experience with implementing integrations for Global HR, Payroll and Time & Attendance initiatives
• Experience in Del Boomi development in a SuccessFactors environment
• Experience with Dell Boomi Atmosphere platform (Cloud Integration, Application Integration and Enterprise web service APIs).
• Experience with SAP SuccessFactors: data model, SFAPI/ODATA API and Integration Center
• Strong understanding of various protocols/methods of communication (XML, XML Schemas, WSDL, SOAP, REST, JSON, Groovy, FTP, SFTP, PGP, JDBC/SQL/RDBMS, JMS, Mail, HTTP/HTTPS)
• Experience with Jira
• Experience with integration performance tuning and process improvements
• Professional Dell Boomi Developer or Architect certification would be a plus
