Your efficient contribution will help the business and the company achive our missionRole Expectation

• Provide L3 Operational/Engineering support for Azure Cloud infrastructure.
• Participate in Cloud infrastructure improvements and maintenance activities.
• Efficiently handle the service management work queue to address customer requests within the established service level agreements.
• Participating in the on-call rotation with other team members to ensure vital support coverage for the global infrastructure.
• Ensure the highest possible level of server uptime and availability by proactively identifying and fixing infrastructure related problems.
• Build automation to improve efficiency.

How to get hereEducation

• B.Tech/ B.E in Computer Science or equivalent required.

Experience

• Minimum of 7 + years of overall IT experience with minimum 3+ years of Azure Engineering experience for a large-scale company.
• Minimum 2+ years of L3 operational support experience with proven experience in Windows or Linux Server Administration

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities

• Good understanding of cloud architecture styles and design patterns
• Knowledge of programming, scripting, and configuration languages
• Proficiency with Azure Resource Manager, Resource Groups, Virtual Networks, Azure Virtual Machines, Azure Blob Storage, PowerShell DSC, Azure Automation, Azure Active Directory, and Azure Site Recovery
• Proficiency in either Windows Server administration or RedHat Linux OS Administration
• Experience with VMware Virtualization and AWS Cloud technologies is an added advantage
• An attitude of continuous improvement in process with security standard methodologies and cost-effectiveness
• Ability to work in a team structure, make decisions, solve problems, analyze, plan, coordinate and prioritize work.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills to present technical information to both business and technology teams with clarity and precision.
