Job Description


  • Putting best efforts on the planned business development activates for generating business leads from existing customers.
  • Generating the business as per the given business targets.
  • Focusing on organization\'s branding marketing activities for our reach to the wide range of the industry segment.
  • Developing new Customer and collecting the dues as per the schedule from the clients (weekly/monthly/quarterly/annually)
  • Customer Feedback and support.
  • Error free offer making and follow ups with customer and cracking the deals.
  • To continually monitor the Sales situation on a weekly basis to ensure on target performance and suggest effective course correction to Manager Sales 2. To maintain and increase market penetration to meet sales objective. 3. Monthly Order collection and achievement of Targets. 4. To provide analysis of lost orders with reasons and future plan.
  • To plan, act and oversee the execution of local area sales/business activities and research into customer satisfaction and requirements for improvement 2. To inform management any significant development in the market in terms of new competition, new campaign by competition or any other relevant matter which is significant and important in nature. 3. To constantly be on the lookout for new business avenues and opportunities to increase market share both in sales and service. 4. To improve the quality of customer service and retention by enhanced facilities and improved technical and soft skills resulting in lower cost of ownership and improved marketing methods 5. To collect feedbacks from the customers and act accordingly to improve. 6. Tracking of material of LV Panels purchase and execution. 7. To plan and execute daily visits to customer.
  • Min. 1 to 5 years experience in Automation and VFD. Preference will be given to the candidate having hands on experience in system software development & commissioning of Siemens Automation. Having sales experience will be an added advantage
  • A. Knowledge of Testing Product in Final Stage B. Knowledge of PLC/DCS Programming / SCADA / HMI Software Development, Panel Engineering, AC DC Drives. C. Good Customer relation and client orientation D. Good at sales and marketing activities E. Should be a Team player.
  • KEY RESPONSIBILITIES & ACCOUNTABILITY OF THE ROLE
  • Software development of project 2. Commissioning work of project 3. IFAT/CFAT activity of project 4. Provide service to the customer 5. Visit at different sites for Service marketing 6. Documentation work of ongoing/completed projects/Device
  • Ensuring to attend the service call at client site and timely resolve the issues meeting the client requirement. 2. Ensure effective commissioning of projects at client site in co-ordination with the Projects team HO. 3. Providing training to customers on PLC / SCADA / Drives. 4. Ensure to carryout activities like programming / development / minor modification in system as per the need at client site. 5. Project development as per the scope of the project in coordination with client. 6. Effectively do the marketing and sales activities for our service and offerings. Generate leads from existing and new clients.
  • Timely report and escalation of issues faced during the execution stage of the project. 2. Extensive travel for execution of projects involving automation system and drives as per organisational requirement in the Kutch and Saurastra territory.
