FunctionResearch & Development - JaipurPay BandE4 to M2RoleProprietary Parts Benchmarking (Electrical Propriety )A purpose driven role for youKnowledge of the Key manufacturing processes & detailed feature Study of Vehicle / Electrical Parts

• Good knowledge of Electrical Proprietary parts - Wire Harness, Battery construction, Head lamp , Speedometer, ECU ( Motors, PCB circuit analysis , MCU etc )
• Should understand Process and the Machines/ Equipment used for manufacturing of parts.
• Should have knowledge of EV Vehicles & complete function & analysis of System / Sub system
• Understand product operation ( system/subsystem, components & fuction.
• Should have hands on Experience for Complete Vehicle Tear down & Assembly.
• Knowledge of GD&T.
• Knowledge of Part drawing reading, fits and Tolerances.
• Handling of precise Measuring instrument like Vernier calliper, Micro meter etc
• Part Visual Inspection; taking measurements; adjusting and re-programming controls.
• Knowledge of Zero based Costing and Cost Re-Engineering.
• Data generation and analytics
• Knowledge of Engine Electrical Parts & Dis-Assembly. Knowledge of Mechatronics will be added advantage.
• Having Knowledge of Vehicle reverse engineering.
• Benchmarking of models and study of technical requirement in application of concepts in new product design.

To devise the cost of the Two wheeler competitor model proprietary parts.A Day in the lifeDeliverables to be aligned with project requirement.
2. Analysing the data generated through tear down benchmarking.
3. Cost and reverse Engineering of competitor two-wheeler parts to get the actual cost of part.
4. Key contribution in competitor vehicle data analysis and identifying the potential areas of optimization.Academic Qualification & ExperienceB. Tech. (Electrical / Mechatronics/Automobile ) ( 4-6 Years of experience)M. Tech. (Electrical / Mechatronics/Automobile ) ( 2-4 Years of experience)Technical Skills/KnowledgeCost and reverse Engineering of competitor two-wheeler parts to get the actual cost of part.
