Designation: Engineer/SR.Engineer In-process QualityCompany: Leading Automotive Manufacturing CompanyLocation:ThiruvallurExperience: 6 Years - 14 YearsEducation: Diploma (Mechanical) / B.E(Mechanical): * Lead and manage in-process quality function in a shift and driving the quality deliverables.

• Ensures the systems & process adherence and support in fixing the problems by on-time.Drives problem solving and continuous improvement in the shop floor.
• Provide mentoring and support the team members in process improvements, Kaizen , QCC.Provides support to Production, Manufacturing, customer support in delivering defect free products on-time.
• Drives Periodic process and product audit and close the gaps through CFT approach.
• Support Customer PPAP in developing control plan, PFMEA, statistical analysis etc.Ensures process and system adherence across the shop floor ( 4M change, SOP adherence)Applies knowledge of Inspection Equipment and Techniques to provide timely data usable for informed decision-making. xc2xa7 Must have system knowledge on IATF 16949, ISO14001 and Customer specific standards.
• CFT and initiate improvements to improve the efficiency of process controls and inspections.
