Role and Responsibilities : To adhere to the safety standards & procedure related to maintenance of stationary and rotary equipments. To follow SOP & SWP system, LOTOTO procedure. To prepare equipment succession planning. To plan and execute overhauling & maintenance activities with optimum resource utilization. Overhauling, Maintenance & troubleshooting of Process equipments as mentioned in job description. Preventive, Breakdown Maintenance jobs of Soda Ash Department, Operation of CO2 Compressors, Fire Fighting Pipe lines, Structural Jobs, and Insulation and Laggings for Pipe Lines To Prepare a budget for all Soda-Ash equipment\'s (under overhauling) To do Preventive Maintenance of Soda Ash for all Rotating Equipment\'s and Overhaul Damaged Equipment\'s to increase Availability of Equipment\'s To communicate information and guidelines from management to workers To motivate sub-ordinate for going the jobs in different way / by job enrichment and better working environment / listening to their view points To Test and maintain records for all -Lifting Tools and Tackles- of the department Preparation of Compliance Reports, Safety Meeting reports and its follow-up Formalization and documentation of works related with ISO To submit drawings of items to be procured to Procurement Dept Knowledge Sharing Sessions with workers / to communicate the latest trends of management in TCL Operational Knowledge of PLC & DCS system. Resource planning, Coordination & execution of mechanical maintenance of equipment. Material Management, Inventory control. Preferred Skills : Utility Equipment operation. Basic Skill of PLC & DCS System. Computer literacy in Window based & SAP system. Knowledge of various Engg. Standards Knowledge of Engg. And Machine Drawing Process Knowledge for Soda Ash, Kiln, MOL Pump, Blower start-up / Shutdown Materials of Construction SAP: MM / PM Modules Qualifications and Education Requirements: Diploma (Mechanical) With 4 to 8 years hands-on experience preferably in Soda Ash Plant / Cement Plant maintenance.
