So, ask us about some of our recent pledges for Women\'s Equality and being a \'Disability Confident\' and \'Inclusive Employer\'. /span /p p strong span Responsibilities: /span /strong /p ul li span In depth knowledge of conducting simulations and analytical studies for transmission and Distribution, Planning, load and generation interconnection, integration of renewables. /span /li li span Able to prepare simulation study models and carry out power system studies including but not limited to: /span ul li span Grid compliance studies for Wind, Solar, BESS and Hybrid projects. /span /li li span Steady state and Dynamic power flow analysis. /span /li li span Fault Ride Through studies. /span /li li span Short circuit calculation. /span /li li span Power quality analysis. /span /li li span Electro Magnetic Transient Analysis (EMTP) such as Switching and Lightning transient studies, Energization studies etc. /span /li li span Dynamic simulation of networks involving HVDC, FACTS and inverter based generation. /span /li li span Candidate should be able to carry out following protection calculation. /span /li li span Overcurrent and earth fault protection co-ordination for the transmission and distribution network. /span /li li span Unit protection calculation for Transformer, motor, busbar, generator etc. /span /li li span Lead and carry out consulting, research and development study projects. /span /li li span Analyse study results and recommend solutions as per requirements and able to discuss / clarify Clients with help of results. /span /li li span Prepare study reports and other technical documentation. /span /li li span Respond to request for proposals (RFP) by preparing proposals & estimation of man-hours. /span /li li span Mentoring junior staffs and able to provide training on subject of expertise. Present study results to Clients and deliver training courses on subject of expertise. /span /li /ul /li /ul p strong span Responsibilities: /span /strong /p p span Strong conceptualization ability, strong interpersonal communication and organizational skills are a must, including the capability to explain complex technical issues to decision-makers and project teams.
