: Quality Control Engineer
Qualification: BE Mechanical / BE Fabrication / BE
Metallurgy/Diploma Mechanical or Fabrication
Experience: 3-5 years for BE and 5 to 7 years for Diploma
Area of exposure/ competency
\xef\x83\x98 Supporting to QA / QC In Charge for Quality Management System Handling.
\xef\x83\x98 Coordinating Third party inspection and its associated activities.
\xef\x83\x98 Laboratory and related activities (To perform all laboratory testing physical /
mechanical & micro tests as per internal and external standards from outside
agencies) and reports review of the same.
\xef\x83\x98 Preparation of Product Test certificate and verification.
\xef\x83\x98 NDT level II
\xef\x83\x98 Daily in process inspection and final release of product.
\xef\x83\x98 Overall management of inspection of all inward material including raw material.
\xef\x83\x98 Review and ensuring correctness of all pre-dispatch documents to avoid potential
customer complaint.
\xef\x83\x98 Overall management of calibration activities.
\xef\x83\x98 Ensuring the safety and 5S within work area as per company guidelines.
\xef\x83\x98 Awareness about Quality management system (ISO 9001) Audit and its handling.
\xef\x83\x98 Data and drawing interpretation skills.
\xef\x83\x98 Fair Communication Skills.\xef\x83\x98 Fair knowledge about braze tube manufacturing and related product
requirements.
\xef\x83\x98 Knowledge about material and its standards for steel / tube products.
\xef\x83\x98 MS Office proficiency.
