Understanding of technical specifications, bill of materials, inspection, and their test frequency Conversant with all packages of civil, structural and finishes with a demonstrated experience in mechanical, electrical and plumbing packages. Understanding of para-medical services in hospitals preferred. Understanding of coordination drawings, site construction conflicts in design to execution stages. Drawing development and issue Review the drawings for its completeness and raise RFI (request for information) on the drawings Coordinate with Design consultant on the technical queries raised by the contractors. Coordinating with the design consultant in resolving clarifications, conflicts at site due to site condition or with different packages. Job Profile Site planning and construction supervision Preparation of site logistics plan, construction enabling work, work sequencing Preparation of Quality Management Plan and ensure work on its strict adherence Review and finalisation of work methodologies of the site work Ensure adherence to technical specifications and makes Undertaking Material Inspection, checking test certificates Ensure control of material wastage, material reconciliation Joint measurement of work being done Undertake periodic site quality assurance audits. Raise and regulate non-conformances and ensure closure.
