Here is a glimpse of what you'll do Coordinate with Production Manager and Other Support departments to achieve the shift targets Develop, motivate and challenge all team members to perform to their full potential, focusing on continuous improvement of efficiencies Develop, organize and lead the Shift meeting to solve the production issues To achieve production schedules provided by PPC and Monitor product movement to ensure that weekly shipment schedules are achieved Ensure accuracy of manufacturing reports, customer reports, conduct data analysis and review productions reports Take immediate action on employee concerns and recommendations, focusing on continual improvement of the first pass yields Ensure Daily SCRAP and MRB disposition Ensure production or line personnel practice good material management on the shop floor Ensure line personnel are thoroughly trained, certified and performing to standard Evaluate employee performance periodically, communication to the employees their strengths and weaknesses and recommend appropriate merit increases. Create positive atmosphere, instill a sense of pride in product workmanship and appearance, celebrate accomplishments and champion improvement in all areas. Maintain positive employee relations by encouraging all employees through interactive one-on-one. Here is some of what you'll need (required) Min 5+ years of similar experience. Strong experience in Production of PCB assembly. Experience in Production Operation. Team Handling experience is a must.
