The new SEAM organization integrates Safety, Environment & Asset Management activities, with a broad geographical footprint, that will support Shell\'s business & assets around the world. The vision of SEAM is to provide capability across the spectrum of Safety, Environment and Asset Management with: shaping the future ways of working through introducing to the business new technology and news way of working, including e.g. digital, SBO, and real-time, data-driven, end-to-end optimization and risk management, but also global programmes like Human Performance Based Safety Philosophy. providing performance feedback driving disciplined execution to deliver reliable, predictable results helping the businesses build their improvement plans and provide support to execute them sustaining performance through strong core capabilities (internal, including SBO & contingent) through building expertise and a company-wide consistent approach Purpose of this role is to provide technical support for various data management activities especially in the Subsurface, Wells and WRFM discipline. This role is expected to have more focus on Wells Operations Support, Wells Performance & Planning and Wells Analytics hence knowledge/skill of drilling, completion, well intervention, data analytics and visualization tools (Power BI with SQL) would be essential to perform in this role. The VP TAO will be accountable for maximizing integrated business value across the organization. Technical Asset Operations (TAO) is a key enabler for the accelerated delivery of Shell\'s Asset Management System and will help us to reach our ultimate potential in Downstream Manufacturing, Integrated Gas and Upstream. TAO provides high quality and cost-competitive technical resources who are not physically present at site yet are an integral part of asset teams delivering value through end-to-end AMS work processes. Monitor ongoing well operations/other well site activities and independently performing following tasks: Creation of time & cost performance insights by combining real time and daily rig operations data Performance deep dive analysis and benchmarking Creation of weekly and ad hoc performance reports Cost/data gathering, management, reporting, close out purchase orders and networks Own the development, optimization, maintenance new and existing Power BI reports. Responding to data team/ end-user requests on Wells data store. resolving quality issues through proactive monitoring Partner with Wells business/ Asset/IT teams to consult, develop and implement KPI\'s, automated reporting solutions, and process improvements to drive growth and product enhancement. Enable effective decision making in Wells by retrieving and aggregating data from multiple sources and compiling it into a digestible and actionable format. Participate in strategy and planning discussions. Lead scrum calls for high priority projects. Excellent writing skills, to create artifacts easily digestible by business and tech partners. Be an independent and curious self-starter with a demonstrated ability to produce high-quality value and collaborative drive. Conversion of existing site procedures into Shell digital tools as per the asset requirements and ensure all procedures are aligned Constantly engage with site Operations leads, asset focal, process teams, original equipment manufacturers, vendors and modify the procedures as recommended/required by the site personnel. Participate in Wells network and share key achievements and challenges Analyzing and providing most reliable data on time for various review process Demystify the process complexity and identify simplification opportunities NA Strong aptitude for Learner Mindset The successful candidate should have a University Degree in Petroleum Engineering or relevant with 2+ years of experience in areas such as - Wells Operations, Wells Data management and Data Analytics. Experience of carrying out field operations, wells operations performance and planning activities. Knowledge/Skill in following areas: Microsoft Power BI, SQL, DAX, M Query Experience of Halliburton Landmark EDM Suite and Wells Cost is added advantage. Knowledge of following: Python, Microsoft Power Platform Strong Business Knowledge of Upstream Industry with focus on Wells Lifecycle. Planning and Data.
