:Project wise Allocation & Monitoring all assets related to P&MDaily, Weekly & Monthly reports generation & reviewProgram preparation for Optimum utilization of resourcesMonitoring hired P&M asset.Monitoring HSD consumption & tracking for both internal & hired assetMonitoring output form different P&MIdentification of break downs & its riskConstruction Vehicles- Dumpers, Tippers, Trailers, Matl.Handling Equpmt- CranesConst.Equipments- Heavy duty crane, DG, Concrete Mixers, Drill jambo, shotcrete machine,loader,pick & Carry cranesMinimizing idle P&MErection of major plant & Machinery.Servicing/ Regular maintenance of equipment'sPreparation of breakdown reportPreparation of daily equipment check list, breakdown check list, daily P&M DPR, Safety check list, Tool Box talk to P&M operator & workers.
