Job Description
-Order handling -from all sales centers of the region: Order acceptance, confirmation, material availability check, follow-up with production, transportation management, customer communication, ensuring timely delivery up to customer end. Coordination for Customer complaint handling. - Maintain delivery & Quality reliability above company targets. - Production logistics and material handling. - Ensure stock accuracies. -Dispatch and transportation management in coordination with Logistics service provider. -Ensuring proper dispatch documentation including customs regulations. -Handling transport damage complaints and initiating improvement actions.
