# Order handling -from all sales centers of the region: Order acceptance, confirmation, material availability check, follow-up with production, transportation management, customer communication, ensuring timely delivery up to customer end. Coordination for Customer complaint handling. # Maintain delivery & Quality reliability above company targets. # Production logistics and material handling. # Ensure stock accuracies. # Dispatch and transportation management in coordination with Logistics service provider. # Ensuring proper dispatch documentation including customs regulations. # Handling transport damage complaints and initiating improvement actions.
