Engineer Operation and maintenance will be responsible for total operation for Air Separation unit to run the plant in optimum performance, troubleshooting of operational issues, plant tuning, plant parameter monitoring, trending, evaluation of shift production, unmanned operation, issue resolution. Normal and remote start-up plant. You will be responsible for production, maintenance, quality, and plant efficiency and independently and you will be able to handle all plant operation, maintenance, shut down planning and execution.

Making an impact. What will you do?



In this job role you have to handle operation and maintenance of plant individually

In addition, you have to coordination with centralize team and ensure reliable and safe operation for multiple small on-site plant

Also, you have to manage all the safety system and work process and statutory of the plant

Furthermore, you have to Implement all standards and tools of LINDE and maintain internal customer satisfaction

In this job role independently be able to handle total operation for ASU plant to run the plant in optimum performance, troubleshooting of operational issues, plant tuning, plant parameter monitoring, trending, evaluation of shift production, unmanned operation, issue resolution normal and remote start-up plant

Furthermore, you will be responsible for production, maintenance, quality, and plant efficiency

Independently be able to handle plant operation, Maintenance, shut down planning and execution

Also, you have to maintain safety management systems, such as SES, SOPs, SMPs, Engineering standards, physical security etc. for VPSA Oxygen plant

Winning in your role. Do you have what it takes?



You are a graduate engineer (Mechanical, Chemical or Instrumentation) with four to seven (4-7) years' experience in technical sales, commercial development, business management in a related industry

In addition, you need an advanced negotiation capability with superior contract management skills combined with exceptional customer relationship ability

You must have four to six (4 - 6) years of experience in operation & maintenance in refineries / petrochemical industries or ASU liquid plant

Good interpersonal communication skills & teamwork
