Description of the Job- Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Performs all Procedures, Protocols, Instructions, Standards and Plans set out by the EYS within the framework of the company's integrated policies, acts in accordance with the "Code of Conduct and Code of Ethics" and "TPI Management Principles and Ethical Decision Making System,
• Follows, implements and ensures compliance with instructions, procedures and notifications on health, safety, environment and security,
• Ensures that the objectives and targets within the scope of the EYS policy are achieved,
• Ensures corrective and preventive measures at his/her unit when necessary,
• Ensures the execution of activities under the department in compliance with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001 Management Systems,
• Attends risk management activities and informs his/her manager on possible elements of risk,

• Follows, implements and ensures compliance of instructions, procedures and notifications on health, safety, environment and security. Ensures coordination and standardization of his/her processes at TPI companies. Is responsible for improvement and development of these processes.

• Annually agrees with the department manager on objectives based on the performance evaluation program and works accordingly,
• Oversees preparation of reports for evaluation and control of errors after ultrasonic control and distribution to the relevant departments,
• Ensures filing and maintenance of UT test records, reports and other documents and shares with customers when necessary
• In all project matters related with the quality department, provides the technical reports and the information flow which other departments, senior management and other TPI operations will need, and meets their expectations,
• Communicates the special measurements and controls requested by the engineering department to his/her staff and monitors and reports the functionality in the shift flow,
• Monitors the training and development of test personnel and coordinates them on site
• Performing daily NDT inspection in shop floor as well as site whenever required
• Calibrate the NDT equipment with records.
• Responsible for maintenance of NDT equipment
• Perform thermography inspection of wind turbine blade.
• Perform Conventional UT and PAUT in wind turbine blade.
• Provide NDT on job training to trainees.
• Reparation NDT reports with results
• Evaluate PAUT raw data as per customer specification.
• Review customer's specifications and scopes of work, examine pipe metallurgy and prepare detailed NDT procedures to achieve maximum productivity in accordance with specified quality.
• Review subcontractors' tender documents and technical qualifications
• Assist EHS Department on subcontractor assessments/audits.
• Review and approve subcontractors' NDT submissions.
• Ensure that records are maintained for all NDT activities to demonstrate achievement of client requirements.
Maintain departmental project NDT files so that information is readily available to other department member.

Education and/or Work Experience Requirements:

Education



At least a university degree/Diploma from one of the Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Metallurgy Engineering, or Industrial Engineering departments. Preferably certified from a Nondestructive Inspection course or an internal training, minimum Level 2
