To do this, we rely on a video infrastructure that\xe2\x80\x99s critical to the business. As our Video Engineer, you will be responsible for the design, implementation and support of Transunion\xe2\x80\x99s Global Video Conferencing and A/V equipment. You will provide technical leadership for Video Conferencing, meeting requiring A/V equipment. Assist in defining, maintaining, communicating, and implementing standards consistent with established architecture and strategy.

What You\'ll Bring: \xe2\x80\xa2 3+ years of experience in overseeing large meetings with A/V needs using video conferencing platforms -Zoom, Microsoft Teams, WebEx, BlueJeans, GoToMeeting and other video conferencing tools. \xe2\x80\xa2 3+ years of experience troubleshooting video endpoints in enterprise IP networks. \xe2\x80\xa2 Experience with Polycom/Cisco systems design, implementations, support, and monitoring. \xe2\x80\xa2 Experience designing Video rooms for conferencing including video system, sound structure, and content sharing. \xe2\x80\xa2 Knowledge of configuring Zoom, WebEx, Teams, GoToMeeting, Skype\xe2\x80\xa6etc. in an enterprise environment. \xe2\x80\xa2 Experience managing and configuring Poly Infrastructure, (VMRs, DMA, RMX WFS). \xe2\x80\xa2 Experience managing and configuring Poly endpoints, (phones, video codec, Group series, G75, X-studio) \xe2\x80\xa2 Familiarity with Poly RealPresent platform and admin tools \xe2\x80\xa2 Experience with cloud base services \xe2\x80\x93 IE Pexip \xe2\x80\xa2 Experience with Poly SIP deployments \xe2\x80\xa2 Experience with control systems preferably Crestron \xe2\x80\xa2 Understanding of unified communications including RealPresence, unified messaging, web-conferencing, and Video Conferencing preferred. \xe2\x80\xa2 Excellent written and verbal communications skills; able to communicate effectively with associates at all levels. \xe2\x80\xa2 Must be able to prioritize and manage time effectively as well as function with no supervision, under tight deadlines, and demonstrate initiative in problem solving.

Additional \xe2\x80\xa2 Provides subject matter expertise to maintain the appropriate lifecycle for the technologies in scope, including technology risk, refresh, migration and retirement. \xe2\x80\xa2 Analyzes system performance, modifying parameters to improve throughput and effectively utilize system resources. \xe2\x80\xa2 Monitors resource usage, making required adjustments. \xe2\x80\xa2 Responsible for accurately estimating and planning activities within the domain to provide the necessary input into the project managers for developing an end-to-end plan. \xe2\x80\xa2 Establishes and maintains strong collaborative relationships with internal and external strategic partners as well as critical IT infrastructure service providers. With administrative direction, leads the evaluation and selection of tools. Support \xe2\x80\xa2 Offer ongoing technical support for video endpoints and underlying infrastructure. Including troubleshooting and resolving issues ensuring optimal performance and user experience. \xe2\x80\xa2 Proactively monitor and maintain video endpoints and infrastructure, minimizing downtown and ensuring smooth operation. \xe2\x80\xa2 Primary owner of the Video infrastructure and the A/V infrastructure \xe2\x80\x93 Including AV tech in high profile rooms, auditorium, boardroom, and immersive telepresence room, and training room. \xe2\x80\xa2 Participate in and/or lead projects of low to medium complexity. \xe2\x80\xa2 Leads on-call production support activities, using the technical knowledge and capability to handle all problems that may arise. \xe2\x80\xa2 Proactively puts procedures in place to prevent and reduce the severity of outages. \xe2\x80\xa2 Oversees or performs the installation and testing of upgrades. \xe2\x80\xa2 Conducts updates of management information systems, including asset management, time tracking and other systems. \xe2\x80\xa2 Available to be on call 24/7 on a team rotating schedule once assimilated into the team. \xe2\x80\xa2 Ensure seamless audio/visual support for executive meetings involving presentation, video conferencing and remote attendees.
