Our clients around the world rely on Connect data and insights to innovate and grow.As a Mid Engineer, you\'ll be part of a team of smart, highly skilled technologists who are passionate about learning and supporting cutting-edge technologies such as Pyspark, Kubernetes, Airflow, Cloud Automation. These technologies are deployed using DevOps pipelines leveraging Azure, Kubernetes, Jenkins and Bitbucket/Git.WHAT YOU\'LL DO:Develop new user-facing dashboards which will differentiate our product and solve industry-wide CPG pricing and promotion challenges.Implement machine-learning approaches to predict the impact of CPG pricing and promotions strategies.Integrate dashboards into SaaS cloud platform.Continually investigate and adopt new open-source business intelligence libraries that will further differentiate our dashboard capabilities and wow-factor.Evolve Kubernetes cloud-native infrastructureOptimize dashboards for maximum speed and scalabilityCollaborate with other team members and stakeholdersQualifications3 to 5 years in front-end web development is preferredProficient understanding of JavaScript, HTML5 and CSSExperience with Ruby on Rails, Python, Postgres database is beneficial.Understanding of Kubernetes and Cloud-Native ArchitectureGood understanding of open-source libraries that bring data to life using HTML, SVG and CSS including but not limited to D3 (Data-driven documents) and Slickgrid.Proficient understanding of code versioning including git.Good to have experience on retail Domain.Working knowledge in Microsoft AzureStrong analytical, problem-solving skills and ability to learn and apply new technologies quicklyExcellent English communication skills, with the ability to effectively interface across cross-functional technology teams and the businessMinimum B.S. degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related fieldAdditional Information
