#LI-DS2Position : Cycle Design Engineer (Product Development at Air conditioner)Education : B.E / B.Tech ( Mechanical/Refrigeration/Thermal) preferably from NIT\xe2\x80\x99sJob Location : Kadi (Ahmedabad), GujaratDesired Profile and soft Skills :Minimum 1 to 2 Years of experienceCandidates should possess Good communication skills [ Verbal & Writing ].Ability to manage the Projects through his leadership skills, while dealing with Internal as well as external customersInter personnel skills/ Leadership skill -Self-motivated, Good ownership & High Level of Commitment.Knowledge and Experience Should have: Experience in Product development of Air conditioner Product is desirable.Able to lead project and guide team member.Experience in execution/ adoption of new technology idea in product developmentGood knowledge of New Product development [NPD] ProcessGood Knowledge of Air-conditioning system design including selection and designing of Cycle Parts like Compressor selection , Heat Exchangers design/ calculation, Cycle Balancing and Energy Efficiency, Heat Load Calculation.Good understanding of Indian and International standard related with Air conditioner. Experience in BEE star rating up-gradation for air conditioner.Conceptual understanding of Fluid Mechanics, Thermodynamics & Heat Mass Transfer (Convective \xe2\x80\x93Forced & Natural)Good Analytical & Troubleshooting skills.
