• Understanding the project scope by in-depth analysis of technical aspects of the project.
• Detailed planning, scheduling, and execution of assigned projects as per predefined budget.
• Lay out preparation and getting required customer approval for the documentation.
• Monitoring and controlling all assigned projects, identifying any short falls, problems and providing solutions.
• Ensure resource availability and allocation of activities and delivering projects on time with provided budget.
• Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools, and technique.
• Preventive and predictive maintenance of plant equipment.
• Able to carry out route cause analysis for plant equipment\'s.
• Handover experience of SAP.

Key requirements:

• Having experience in Projects & maintenance (6-8 yrs).
• Having knowledge of SAP.
• Experience in paint industry preferred.
• Strong Interpersonal skills and Team player Demonstrated ability to work with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
