2.Technical scope of work and performance criteria development
3.Vendor development
4.Procurement coordination (PR to PO)
5.Project execution. (Take help from 3rd party vendor or Maintenance team)
6.Commissioning and start-up.
7.Project related documentations.
8.Develop PPM plans and hand it over.Equipment & Process Reliability Improvement
1.Downtime analysis (Major and Chronic issues)
2.Develop solutions, consult with CE regional/global resources, work with 3rd party vendors, etc.
3.Implement solutions.
4.Develop sustainability plan (PPM etc.) and hand it over to respective functions.System support
1.Support maintenance team to develop/improve PPM plans and its effectiveness.
2.SAP support as & when needed.
3.Procedure development for new/improved processes.Productivity Improvement Projects:-
1.Identify the projects based on history, data analysis, etc.
2.Coordinate the projects and deliver the savings.
