The requisition of candidate for Pune location will be responsible for below responsibility.\xc2\xb7 4M management and monitoring\xc2\xb7 Production data management\xc2\xb7 Labor productivity improvement\xc2\xb7 Initial line and process setup and management\xc2\xb7 Daily maintenance, AM/PM and other maintenance activity\xc2\xb7 Personnel Management Manpower Equipment / Machine\xc2\xb7 Use of materials / Material Operating methods\xc2\xb7 Responsible for daily production state and team members management\xc2\xb7 Collect and summary production data and information and KPI Monitoring\xc2\xb7 Implement production managers assignment\xc2\xb7 Make production data entry in ERP in shift basis\xc2\xb7 Support for the project work.\xc2\xb7 Continued improve process to reduce the scrap\xc2\xb7 Process improvement\xc2\xb7 IATF 16949, ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001 System awareness, implementation and adherence.\xc2\xb7 5s & Safety at PlantQualificationsThe hired candidate required below qualificationEngineering degree in Mechanical, Electrical or AutomobileDiploma degree in Mechanical, Electrical or AutomobileMinimum 1-2 year of Experience
