Description:Job Title: Field Service Engineer (Engineer, Technical Service)(Reports to the Assoc. Manager -Technical Services)
Product portfolio Hemodialysis, CRRT machine, Water treatment Plant
Job Location: BangaloreEssential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Install service and maintain products distributed by client in the defined area of responsibility.
• Responsible for Service Revenue through Service contracts and Spare parts sales.
• Establish & maintain communication with customers, team members and business contacts
• Ensure all activities are performed following the available instructions and information, within the quality system framework
• Perform QC Checks and Final release of serviced equipment in the role as checker for the hardware repaired by other Engineers.
• Report on all relevant service activity, to ensure updated and accurate service data in the service system
• Perform sales support activities on products & processes within the geographical area of responsibility

Willing to work weekend/public holiday in case of emergency.

(Trainable) xe2x80xa2 Basic understanding/knowledge of electronics, soldering skills, ESD protection, Understanding/knowledge of the Medical Device Directive

• Good communication (written and Oral) in English and Local Language.
• Natural interest in IT applications
• Basic use of current Windows operating systems and Use of MS office applications (Word, Excel, xe2x80xa6)

Working Experience
(Pre-requisites) 3-5 years field experience in servicing medical equipment or preferably medical instrumentation or electro-mechanics or equivalent through experience
Education
(Pre-requisites) Graduate/ Diploma in Electronics or Biomedical Electronics/ECE/Instrumentation Engineering
Other Consideration Valid driving license of Two-wheeler or Four-wheeler (compulsory), Must have valid Passport. Located within 25-30 kms of radius from center of city,
