• Hands on Experience in sand casting
• Proficient in CAD, CAE (Catia/Nova)
• Hands on experience in design of sand casting molds and GDC Mold.
• Knowledge of pattern design, Mold Assembly and metal flow Analysis.
• Knowledge and expertise of programming and operating DMLS machines.
• Knowledge of heat treatment and its effects
• Troubleshooting of sand casting Defects.
• Hands on experience of operating sand printing
