• To work as a Patent Analyst in OEM IPR Department.
• To perform patent studies such as patentability, Freedom to operate, invalidity, state of art searches, Landscape study, Patent watch of different technologies.
• Comfortable to use different paid & free patent databases, preferably Orbit and Derwent Innovation.
• Forming patent infringement opinion.
• Patent drafting.
• Claim chart preparation.
• Docketing.
• Work independently.

A Day in the lifeConducting patentability studies and forming opinion on patentability.Conducting infringement studies and forming accurate and clear opinion on patent infringement.Claim chart preparationPatent DraftingInvalidity, Competitor Analysis and EOUAcademic Qualification & ExperienceB.Tech/M.Tech (Mechanical / Manufacturing /Automobile from a reputed engineering collages IIT, NIT or equivalent) with 4-6 yearsTechnical Skills/Knowledge

• Knowledge of Mechanical Engineering / Manufacturing / Automobile Engineering Electrical Vehicle
• Knowledge of Indian Patent law.
• Ability to perform in multiple project requirements and priorities in a pressure situation with strict deadline.
• Expert in operating Orbit and Derwent Innovation.
• Expert in patent searching and managing large patent data set.
• Expert in MS Excel, MS Word, PowerPoint, Macro / VBA will be added advantage.
• Awareness of latest technical / Law related matters.
• Familiar with the Product Development life Cycle.
