Project: This will be a unique and possibly India\'s largest hotel development. It will include two hotels - one a luxury hotel and the second a business hotel. In addition to conference facilities in both hotels, the development will also have commercial/office space. Your responsibilities will include: Leading an assignment of the refurbishment of hi-end interior finishing works. Acting as a single point of contact for the client and being responsible for overall strategy formulation, planning strategy, procurement strategy, execution strategy, cost management, and overall delivery tracking through the duration of the project. leading the coordination and ensuring deliverables from other project consultants are in line with project requirements and aligned with best industry practices. Directing and managing project delivery team (design, procurement and site) performance of delegated responsibilities and achieving project goals. Interfacing directly with clients to define project requirements, prepare scope of work, project delivery resource requirements and supply chain, cost estimate and budget, project schedule, quality and HSE control and risk identification. Implementing an appropriate and effective project management framework for corporate interior fit-out projects. Managing project cost plan including risk allowance. Monitoring and controlling changes/variations. Identifying project risks, developing risk mitigation and contingency plans and implementing action plans to mitigate project risks. Establishing and preparing formal reporting arrangements on project progress for the client and company. Supervising the monitoring and reporting of the contractors\' progress against the expectations of their contracts from all perspectives. Coordinating and fostering teamwork between all project stakeholders. About you You will have a degree qualification in civil engineering, a master\'s degree will be preferred and a member of a professional body. You have experience in leading hospitality projects across the complete construction stage till handover of the project. You are digitally savvy, can build lasting client relationships, and lead strong, motivated teams.
