Greetings from Synergy Resource Greetings from Synergy Resource Solutions, a leading HR Management Consultancy.Our Client, is a leading Manufacturer and supplier of Metal and non-metal Gaskets and Compression Packing used in All Industrial Segments like Food, Pharma, Power, Chemical, Steel, Sugar, Fertilizer, OEM, etc.Position: Engineer- Inside SalesReporting to: Inside Sales ManagerExperience: 2 -4 yearLocation: Vastral, AhmedabadQualification: Diploma/ BE / Bsc.Salary: 20-35k (Depends on Interview)Office time: 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM (6 days)Job Role:

• Collaborate with sales representatives to ensure timely and accurate order processing.

• Provide product information, pricing, and support to customers.

• Manage and process incoming sales orders efficiently.

• Coordinate with various departments to ensure timely delivery of products or services.

• Track and manage order status, providing updates to customers as needed.

• Build and maintain positive relationships with customers to enhance overall customer satisfaction.

• Address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and escalate complex problems to the appropriate channels.

• Conduct follow-up calls to gather feedback and assess customer satisfaction.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer and sales records in the CRM system.

• Generate reports and analyse sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.

• Work closely with the sales team to coordinate promotional activities and campaigns.

• Schedule and organize sales meetings, ensuring effective communication within the team.
