Environment, coordinates product ramp up and drives continuous improvement topics.Siemens Gamesa is seeking a highly qualified and experienced Industrialization Engineer to join our team. As an Industrialization Engineer, you will be responsible for setting up the plant, establishing the process of electrical testing, and overseeing the establishment of test benches for high voltage (HV) applications. Your expertise in power electronic testing, motor test, drive test, AC/DC drive, and hydro power will be invaluable in ensuring the smooth and efficient production of our products. Responsibilities: Analyze product specifications and collaborate with R&D, Engineering, and Product Management to clarify product requirements and manufacturing aspects. Identify opportunities for product modifications to enhance production efficiency and contribute to re-engineering efforts. Provide detailed information on product specifications and the necessary components for product completion. Plan equipment layout, tools, and IT programs required for manufacturing and contribute to the design of the manufacturing workflow, collaborating with other Engineers as necessary. Analyze manufacturing sequences during pilot series and test the manufacturability of pre-series samples. Make recommendations for product changes and implement production amendments as needed. Lead improvement projects at the site or unit level, collaborating with other engineering functions, external vendors, or service providers. Ensure the creation and maintenance of appropriate process and product documentation. Qualifications: Bachelor\'s degree in Electrical or Electronics Engineering. Experience: 5-7 years of relevant experience. Extensive experience working in the manufacturing industry, specifically in power electronic testing, motor test, drive test, AC/DC drive, and hydro power. Strong knowledge of plant setup, electrical testing processes, and the establishment of HV test benches. Proficient in analyzing product specifications and translating them into manufacturing requirements. Ability to identify opportunities for production improvements and contribute to re-engineering efforts. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to plan equipment layout, tools, and IT programs effectively. Familiarity with manufacturing workflows and the ability to design or collaborate on their design. Experience in analyzing manufacturing sequences and ensuring the manufacturability of samples. Strong project management skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, external vendors, and service providers. Detail-oriented mindset and a commitment to maintaining accurate process and product documentation.
