Engineer Why you Work with Release coordinator, System Administrators and Application Developers during weekly releases, focusing on making sure the release is stable and subsequently monitor production environment after promotion. Applying knowledge of the ServiceNow platform and applications, how they are used internally and interpreting and verifying technical specifications. Qualifications & Skills Basic Qualifications: The successful candidate is a driven, self-starter and forward thinker that has skills in DevOps, ServiceNow and business acumen to implement strategic initiatives that deliver customer value and satisfactory business outcomes. Minimum one year of experience in application development or the delivery of information technology service management and enterprise service management applications and solutions with SaaS platform, ideally with ServiceNow or Salesforce Demonstrated ability to coordinate cross-functional work teams toward task completion. System integration experience using web services and other web-based technologies such as XML, JSON, REST/SOAP Demonstrated Agile experience. Examples of energizing and inspiring drawing on their own skills and creativity to achieve the best results. Strong written and oral communication skill Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite Preferred Qualifications: Any ServiceNow training and certification would be considered as an asset (ideally ServiceNow Admin). Experience in setting up CI/CD pipeline.
