:About the Role:Grade Level (for internal use): 10The Role: Site Reliability Engineer.The Team: We are a global team with engineers in USA, UK, India & Europe who are agile & collaborative. We have dynamic squads to tackle business problems strategically, but we are one team who support each other.The Impact: You will be a key member of the team bringing stability and reliability across our products to enable our clients to use our products with confidence. You will be part of a new mindset to help shape how our engineering and support teams think about their workstreams.What\'s in it for you:

Responsibilities:

• Working with engineering teams to help shape performance and resilience or infrastructure, code and solutions via IaC and automations.
• Development of innovative solutions to captive observability into customer journeys from within our solutions
• Implement performance optimizations and tools to improve overall responsiveness
• Pushing the boundaries for resilience through new solutions such as chaos engineering and AIOPS
• Advocating Site Reliability Engineering across the division

What We\'re Looking For:

• Proficient in application observability, ideally more modern solutions such as OpenTelemetry
• Awareness of SRE principles and best practices
• Experienced in AWS with IaC and running managed hosted environments
• Strong communication skills, able to translate complex technical solutions into a digestible format.
