How You\'ll Help Us Connect the World:

• Identification of requirements for new development & technical Pre-screening to supplier before going to evaluation
• Coordinate with Buyers for selecting correct suppliers in terms of CommScope Business Requirements
• Right Potential Supplier Evaluation & Qualification as per commodity & product requirement
• Technical Review / Print Review Acceptance with Supplier & Engineering
• DFM review & feasibility assessment, Agreement with supplier & CommScope engineering for manufacturability.
• Tooling, Gauging, fixturing go ahead to supplier based on feasible process sequence & PFMEA.
• Proficient in mold/tooling development processes & able to analyze future problems & incorporated in mold design by proper analysis of mold flow & DFM.
• Make sure the right tool, right process & first-time right product from supplier\'s process.
• Right raw material selection & evaluation with respect of all aspect related to sustenance.
• Timeline agreement & execution through APQP approach.
• Process capability agreement with supplier for all critical to quality parameters.
• Hands On SAP processes OR QM module users for QM set up, ZA, RTV flow MDG set up.
• Development execution throughout from tooling evaluation, Tooling kick off Manufacturing & Trial to mass production ramp up.
• On Time execution of PPAP & coordination with IQC for on time samples submission & evaluation results, Timely feedback assessment to supplier.
• Supplier\'s Process controls through timely periodic Audits, Process Audit & Concern base audits.
• Proficiency in RCA approach by using correct quality tools 7QC, MSA, DOE, right Hypothesis.
• Close coordination with internal team members Ops Quality, Engineering, Procurement, production for smooth quality outflow control.
• Contribute to cost reduction by Value engineering proposals & through put out improvement.

Required Qualifications for Consideration:

• Bachelors in engineering with preferably 8+ years of related experience.
• Commodity Experience-Molded Plastics process & tooling proficient, Fiber cable & fiber extrusion process, Pultrusion process proficient, Rubber process development know how.

You Will Excite Us If You Have:

• Solid understanding of basic and advanced tools such as Six Sigma, SPC, FMEA, Control Plans, Root Cause Analysis, DOE, Poke Yoke, Kaizen, Lean Manufacturing etc.
• CAD hands to read the CAD & analysis of simulations.
• Excellent decision-making and interpersonal skills are crucial. Ability to deal with Shop floor personals to internal & external top management.
• Preferred proficiency in SAP, Minitab, Power BI.
• Travelling will be moderate in this profile.
