Duties & Responsibilities:• Help operate our highly available, scalable, SaaS platform hosted exclusively in AWS. As a member of cloud ops-sec team in Pune, you will be the first point of escalation for issues in the AWS environment / platform.
• Analyse, Diagnose, and Remediate incidents in the Accelya Offer/Order platform hosted in AWS. Perform Root Cause Analysis. And highly leverage Datadog, Kibana, and AWS logs to perform your analysis.
• Proactively suggest recommendations to improve operational processes and platform resilience.
• Utilize Infrastructure As Code for Deploying configuration changes to environments.
• Adhere to enterprise change control processes & procedures.
• Work with Cloud security team to ensure environment changes comply with existing compliance policies and standards.
• Support the L2 and L3 teams with tasks as assigned.
• Educate teams on the implementation of new cloud-based initiatives, providing associated training as required
• Employ exceptional problem-solving skills, with the ability to see and solve issues before they affect business productivity
• Manage automations
• Design reusable systems/processes (e.g. code, automation) that are accessible to non-

technical users
• Work regular shift assignments in a demanding escalatory support environment.
• Adhere to least privilege RBAC operational model.


Knowledge, Experience & Skills:• Bachelor's degree (or higher education) in computer science, information technology, or mathematics
• 2-3 years of experience with AWS
• Process Automations (scripting), CI/CD, Infrastructure as code
• Proven ability to collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams of business analysts, developers, data scientists, and subject matter experts
• Architecting, designing, developing, and implementing cloud solutions on AWS platforms is a plus
• AWS certifications are a plus
• Knowledge of web services, API, REST, and RPC


Tools• Public Cloud AWS, AWS CLI, Jenkins, Gitlab, Terraform, Spinnaker, Jira, Confluence.
• CI/CD hands-on experience
• Windows OS and Linux OS
• Languages/Frameworks: PowerShell, Bash, Python
• Bonus: Docker, Packer, Kubernetes, C/C++, Azure APIM, Akamai
