Our team is responsible for creating seamless guest experiences focused on ecommerce Order Management, Enterprise transactions Hub, and Post Purchase guest experiences.Who You Are:The ideal candidate performs the development of high-performing, well-tested, and thoughtfully architected software applications thatsatisfy ourinternal business needs andpowerguestexperiences. Has proven experience in effectively applying mathematical, and social principles to design, build, & maintain technology products, and solutions that provide fantastic customer experiences.A Day in the Life:

• Have a good understanding of algorithms, data structures, programming languages, programming paradigms to test and operate sustainable client-side or server-side software applications and services.
• Develop scalable, secure modern micro-services using Spring Boot, test driven development, and cloud native design patterns.
• Assist in troubleshooting and resolvingproduction system issues. Discuss the current sprint and any problems that need to be addressed by our Tech Managers and Scrum Masters.
• Work with the teams to add and refine acceptance criteria and the definition-of-done to user stories.
• Partner with other lululemon technical teams (middleware, database, and infrastructure) to create interface documents and mappings to ensure the eCommerce platform is built in a Service Oriented Architecture manner
• Provide L3 support for Production issues

• Bachelors degree in computerscience/engineering or equivalent
• 8-12years ofsoftware engineering experience
• 8+ years experience designing design scalable, secure modern micro-services using Java, Spring Boot, test driven development, and cloud native design patterns
• Strong understanding of microservice architecture & knowledge of challenges related to building cloud-native apps
• Experience in design and development of RESTful APIs using JAX-RS and JSON
• Solid working experience with AWS or GCP
• Strong software development fundamentals, including automated testing, source control, continuous integration in addition to continuous delivery and/or deployment
• Experience with monitoring and alerting for microservices.
• Hands-on experience to support development, infrastructure, and operations
• Experience working with security log analysis, application logs, and general log management practices
• Experience working with Kafka, Kubernetes, Terraform
• Commerce domain knowledge a strong plus
