This team is leverages Splunk and Big Data to deliver robust, insightful and operational reporting, proactive monitoring via visual dashboards and alerts to both business and technical operations teams. Team creates and manages various batch/Realtime marketing data products that ensure seamless E2E execution. • Entry level ability in software development.
• Functions as core member of an agile team by contributing to software builds through consistent development practices with respect to tools, common components, and documentation.
• Collaborate and communicate efficiently with other team members to deliver the assigned tasks.
• Provides continuous support for ongoing application availability.
• Learns, understands, participates fully in all team ceremonies, including work breakdown, estimation, and retrospectives.
• Willingness to learn new technologies and exploit them to their optimal potential, including substantiated ability to innovate and take pride in quickly deploying working software.
• High energy demonstrated, willingness to learn new technologies and takes pride in how fast they develop working software.

Minimum Qualifications:

• 3+ yr. of experience with Splunk apps, add-ons, HTML, CSS
• 3+ yr. of expertise in Splunk query language, Splunk Admin & HEC
• 2+ yr. of proficiency in scripting languages (JS/Python, and/or others)
• Extensive experience implementing Splunk Dashboard, Alert & Reports
• Build and integrate contextual data into actionable visualizations.
• Write and develop custom scripts, programs as needed to format, extract, and transform data.
• Function as member of an Agile scrum team working on prioritized product backlog.
• Analyze/refine business features and user stories with Product Owner to support design and build activities.
• Possess excellent verbal/written communication and negotiation skills.
• Implements integration with external systems.
• Hands on with Data analytics, modeling, and performance tuning
• Understanding of infrastructure platforms, services, and technology processes
• Self-motivated and driven to identify and deliver appropriate solutions.
• Practitioner level understanding of CI/CD process and tools like \xe2\x80\x93 Git, Docker, Jenkins, XL Release etc.
• Splunk Certification is a plus.
• Bigdata Exp is a plus.
• Dynatrace Exp is a plus.
