Thermo Fisher Scientific Inc. is seeking an exceptional and ambitious Engineer I, Field Service to join our world-class Engineering team. As a global leader in scientific research and innovation, we are dedicated to enabling our customers to make the world healthier, cleaner, and safer.


Responsibilities:• Assess and carry out precise installation, maintenance, and repair services for our scientific equipment in the field
• Support Thermo Fisher customers through technical service, installation, operation, training and repair of specialized - Analytical equipment like IC & HPLC
• Collaborate with diverse teams to successfully implement and complete projects
• Provide world-class technical support to customers, ensuring their needs are met with the highest level of satisfaction
• Demonstrated capability to effectively address and resolve intricate technical challenges promptly
• Strictly adhere to all safety and compliance regulations


Requirements:• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in field service or a similar role
• Strong technical skills and knowledge of scientific equipment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
