Responsibilities:
- Travel to various locations in Tamil Nadu and Kerala to provide field service support
- Install, maintain, and optimize analytical instruments to ensure optimal performance.
- Collaborate with customers to determine their needs and provide exceptional customer service
- Successfully implement preventative maintenance schedules and perform timely repairs
- Compete all documentation and reporting accurately and promptly
Requirements:
- Proven experience in servicing and installing HPLC, IC, and GC instruments
- Proficient technical knowledge and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Ambitious and self-motivated with a strong focus on customer satisfaction
