No.of.Vacancies:- 2 position- Female Role & responsibilities: \xc2\xb7 Serve as point of communication between company teams and external resources. \xc2\xb7 Ensure that all aspects of a project are organized and in conformance with the timeline and deliverables requirement. \xc2\xb7 Develop and maintain a project performance database that tracks overall progress and achievement of milestones. \xc2\xb7 Assign and monitor resources effectively to boost project efficiency and maximize deliverables output. \xc2\xb7 Report project risks and outcomes to appropriate management channels, and escalate issues according to the project work plan. \xc2\xb7 Deepen partnerships with outside resources, including third-party vendors and researchers. \xc2\xb7 The person should be able to work effectively across Multiple Projects in a fast paced manner. \xc2\xb7 Project detailing, planning, coordinating and scheduling with clients \xc2\xb7 Interact daily with customers and ensure project implementation as per schedule and interested to work through work routines. \xc2\xb7 Collecting Site backups after completing the Project. \xc2\xb7 Attending telephonic enquiries and Service materials follow-ups and customer handling related to service. \xc2\xb7 Co-ordinating teams and clients /Suppliers. \xc2\xb7 Proven success in a corporate setting, working with all levels of management. \xc2\xb7 Able to work independently and as part of a team. \xc2\xb7 Reading, writing, analyzing and interpreting technical procedures and schematics. \xc2\xb7 Defining problems, collecting data, and deducing facts and conclusions. \xc2\xb7 Maintaining accurate documentation and records. \xc2\xb7 Liaise with clients to identify and define requirements, scope, and objectives. \xc2\xb7 Make sure that clients need are met as projects evolve. \xc2\xb7 Work with Project Manager to eliminate blockers. \xc2\xb7 Monitor project progress and handle any issues that arise. \xc2\xb7 Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans and reports. \xc2\xb7 Willingness to go the extra mile by proactively leading complex projects and initiatives.
