What will your essential responsibilities include?\xc2\xb7 Technical and functional support for various data solutions/products owned and managed by IDA organization.\xc2\xb7 Analyze and mitigate risks (technical or otherwise) about Data solutions/Product delivery timelines, quality, stability, performance, and adherence to best practices in a Production environment.\xc2\xb7 Robust focus on ownership of issues from reporting to their resolution.\xc2\xb7 Provide top-class operational support and make sure service level commitments (SLAs) are met or exceeded.\xc2\xb7 Partner with the Product team(s) as an Application/Data/Technical SME for migration of re-architected Product/Product functionalities to the new Cloud Platform.\xc2\xb7 Demonstrate proactive communication with Business users, Development, Technology, Support, and Delivery Teams, and Senior Management.\xc2\xb7 Technically lead other Operational Support Resources and act as a technical SME for end users regarding application/product issues or inquiries.\xc2\xb7 Work in the Follow the Sun support model providing cross-team coverage across Digital Data Dev division responsibilities.\xc2\xb7 Monitor various critical processes and overall health reports (performance and functional) of production, and pre-production environments.\xc2\xb7 Monitor routine system configuration changes & upgrades.\xc2\xb7 Oversee the development and maintenance of operational documentation and processes.\xc2\xb7 Make sure application availability time to a target SLA and take part in BC/DR exercises.\xc2\xb7 Make sure that all policies, standards, and best practices are followed and kept up to date\xc2\xb7 Timely and accurate completion of emergency Production fixes in a manner that is auditable, testable, and maintainable.\xc2\xb7 Make sure any fixes are consistent with solution design and business specifications.\xc2\xb7 Achieve & maintain the highest business customer confidence and net promoter score (NPS)Technical abilities:\xc2\xb7 Develop and execute queries against large datasets to support impact analysis, data reconciliation, and results validation.\xc2\xb7 Investigation of user queries via log file and process interaction, session drops, order issues, flow breaks, and booking issues.\xc2\xb7 Analyse results for trends and significant variations.\xc2\xb7 May perform Application Developer duties to analyze the performance & maintainability of the deployed code.You will report to Operations Lead & Application Manager within Digital Data Division.QualificationsSHARE your talent
Were looking for someone who has these abilities and skills:Required Skills and Abilities:\xc2\xb7 A minimum of an Undergraduate University Degree in Computer Science or related fields.\xc2\xb7 Extensive experience in Data focused roles (analytics, specialist, or engineer) and one or more areas of Data Management & support.\xc2\xb7 Distinctive problem-solving and analytical skills combined with robust business acumen.\xc2\xb7 Thought leader in implementing best practices in Production Support.\xc2\xb7 Experience/knowledge of C#, Microservices, .Net, R Programming Language, Azure, Kibana, SQL Databases and SQL DW Analytics, and Document Databases.\xc2\xb7 Experience/Understanding of systems integration, and developer support tools Azure DevOps, CICD, release management, configuration management, Automation, Python.\xc2\xb7 Data engineering background in a cloud environment or working experience with ETL, Big data platform (ADLS / Data Bricks) a plus.\xc2\xb7 Demonstrates a level of experience/ability to influence and understand business problems in technical terminology and able to liaise with staff at all levels in the organization.\xc2\xb7 Ability to create clear requirements, specifications, and documentation for data systems.\xc2\xb7 Experience with multiple software delivery models (waterfall, Agile, etc.) is a plus.\xc2\xb7 Previous experience leading small teams with a mix of onshore/offshore developers.FIND your futureAXA XL, the P&C and specialty risk division of AXA, is known for solving complex risks.
