Hybrid Working Structured hybrid role: At Barclays, we offer a hybrid working experience that blends the positives of working alongside colleagues at our onsite locations, together with working from home. Introduction: The purpose of this role is develop a technical solution to address specific requirements brought forward by regulators across the globe . As part of a dedicated team, the candidate would be engaged in building pre- and post-trade controls that identify in-scope trading activity, as well as any corresponding reporting and transparency obligations. . Design and build pre- and post-trade controls for trade transparency and transaction reporting . Engage with existing Regulatory frameworks and development teams to adapt existing controls for any new requirements What will you be doing o Individual contributor to work on end-to-end project life cycle o Develop solution through transformation of existing frameworks and new development o Assist with testing cycles, utilising off-shore testing team and coordinating business involvement o Assist technical grooming sessions, validate estimates and sprint deliverables o Interact with PO and stakeholders to evaluate business needs and/or data issues & work with the technology team to implement pragmatic solutions in a timely manner o Be able to manage and guide team on technical issues o Proactive team player with well-developed interpersonal skills o Flexibility and ability to handle multiple tasks What we\'re looking for: Personal attributes essential to performing role including competencies, expertise, knowledge, and experience Skills that will help you in the role: .
