Job Description
We are currently in search of a skilled and motivated BIM Modeler with 4-5 years of experience in BIM/3D Modeling within the Metro/Railways sector to join our dynamic team for an ongoing Metro project in Chennai.Responsibilities:
- Create and develop LOD350 to As-built 3D BIM Models and Construction Record Drawings.
- Actively participate in the modeling process from LOD350 to As-built Model, including the production of 2D drawings.
- Utilize software such as Revit2022, BIM 360, Dynamo, AutoCAD, Di Roots, Interoperability tool, COBie, and other relevant engineering BIM software for 3D modeling and drawing production.
- Collaborate closely with BIM Manager and interface Manager to ensure project requirements are met.
- Uphold stringent project timelines and quality benchmarks, orchestrating flawless execution at every stage.
- Bachelor\'s degree or diploma in Civil/Architecture from a recognized institution.
- 4-5 years of professional experience in BIM/3D Modeling within Metro and Railways projects.
- Proficiency in software such as Revit, BIM 360, Navisworks, AutoCAD, Di Roots, Interoperability tool, etc.
- Strong understanding of multi-discipline coordination.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to interpret 2D and 3D CAD drawings.
- Experience in preparing Revit families and other parametric families.
- Familiarity with Rail modeling, Rail Alignment, and related works.
- Proficiency in standard office software.
