It involves orchestrated use of multiple advanced technologies i.e. Robotic Process Automation (RPA), Chatbot, Low Code \xe2\x80\x93 No Code, Process mining, Analytics, Artificial Intelligence (AI), Machine Learning (ML), etc. Gartner reports Hyperautomation as top strategic technology trend and estimates that more than 70% of large commercial organizations have dozens of Hyperautomation initiatives underway. The Hyperautomation CoE is accountable for developing IT2025 Hyperautomation strategy and delivering future roadmap towards AstraZeneca\xe2\x80\x99s Growth through Innovation vision. This team provides technology leadership across the enterprise and possesses a comprehensive range of automation capabilities to deliver.

About the role

This role is accountable for the partnering with AZ business and IT stakeholders for portfolio management and delivery of Data Engineering for Process Mining, including identifying opportunities, developing business case (incl. ROI calculations), advising on technology solutions, establishing standards (incl. best practice adoption), supporting governance processes, etc.

Essential experience required

• Proficiency in a wide range of modern data tools, ETL frameworks, and monitoring technologies.
• Proficiency in python
• Good data orchestration skills to effectively manage and streamline data workflows and processes.
• Knowledge of cloud-based data management services preferably Databricks.
• Advanced SQL skills for data analysis and manipulation.
• Familiarity to data architectures, including dimensional modelling.
• Exposure to building scalable and highly available analytics solutions.
• Experience in managing and providing support to data solutions in BAU scenarios.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent spoken and written English language skills.
• Self-learner and serious about remaining up to date with industry advancements. Ability to grasp and understand new technology and concepts.

Desirable skills & experience:

• Strong presentation and reporting skills
• Familiarity with Celonis
• Experience of visualisation technologies (we are focused on Power BI and Qlik Sense),
• Master\xe2\x80\x99s / Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree or equivalent
