About India Engineering and Open Blue Solutions Center

India Engineering & Open Blue Solutions is a part of the global product development and software engineering organization of Johnson Controls International. With over 1500 employees working for multiple engineering disciplines and specialization, we are spread across Pune, Bangalore, Mumbai, Hyderabad, Ahmedabad, and Gurgaon. We work in the product development space which ranges from core mechanical design of HVAC and building components, automation integration, development of embedded electronic components, software design and development, digital twin, cloud application, machine learning and data science applications.

What you will do

• You will be responsible for providing Part number & quotation for chiller parts as requested by customer. Along with this, you will support in executing parts orders & parts engineering activities.

How you will do it

• Identification of serviceable Part numbers for chillers using parts / service catalogue, SLM & ERP tools like Windchill, SAP.
• Understand the customer parts request.
• Provide necessary information regarding chiller as requested by customer.
• Provide Quotes for the identified part numbers / requested parts
• Support in executing parts order for chillers.

What we look for

We are looking for our Aftermarket Parts Engineering Team at Johnson Control in Pune, India

Required

• B. E. / B. Tech. in Mechanical Engineering.
• 3 to 5 years of working experiences as service engineer for chillers.
• Working experience on multiple type of chiller, compressors, heat exchangers & Electrical parts would be an added advantage.
• Strong knowledge of various chiller Electrical panels & components
• Understanding of Parts manual, Engineering drawings.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Owners\xe2\x80\x99 mindset and ability to complete tasks in a timely manner.
• Strong work ethics with excellent interpersonal & organizational skills.
• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word
• Should be comfortable for working in flexible hours.
