Job Description

Site engineering is a technical role which involves surveying and setting out levels of a site to enable accurate production of the building designs and responsible to manage different parts of construction projects, supervise staff, prepare estimates for time and material costs, completing quality assurance, observing health and safety standards, and compiling reports for the management.

Projects can range from small scale to multimillion-pound ventures and may include civil, road, rail and other infrastructure projects. Working as part of the site management team, you'll work alongside and liaise with Architects, construction managers, engineers, planners, subcontractors, supervisors and surveyors for all managed properties by group.

Your scope / input to construction projects will be technical, organisational and supervisory. You'll set out and determine the location for infrastructural installations, both above and below ground, and will apply designs and plans to mark out the site. You'll also share responsibility for site security, health and safety and the organisation and supervision of material and human resources.

Responsibilities include:

• act as the main technical adviser on a construction site for subcontractors, and other operative agencies.
• check plans, drawings and quantities for accuracy of calculations. set out, level and survey the site
• ensure that all materials used and work performed are in accordance with the specifications and oversee the selection and requisition of materials
• manage, monitor and interpret the contract design documents supplied by the client or architect
• liaise with any consultants, subcontractors, supervisors, planners, quantity surveyors and the general workforce involved in the project

Required Skills:
Knowledge of the real estate industry with excellent technical skills, time management, crisis management and team coordination.

Qualification & Experience:

Bachler's in Engineering preferably in Civil

(M) - with 5-10 years of relevant years of experience in the real estate/construction industry.

Pay: ?18,000.00 - ?35,000.00 per month
