You will be an important part of a close-knit team working on a wide variety of projects. You will be supporting UK projects from India. The location of the job is flexible which can be Gurugram or Noida.Your key attributes and responsibilities will be:

• Have a minimum of 2-8 years\' experience of working using IES in a consultancy environment, ideally on UK projects.
• Command a team of 4-6 engineers, develop them and instill best practices.
• Understand the principles of building physics. Have a good knowledge of passive design, LZC technologies and \'net zero\', and apply this to building energy modelling work.
• An understanding of SAP software and UK Part L compliance analysis would be beneficial.
• Understanding of green building certification scheme preferably BREEAM, experience with workflows of code compliance.
• Be able to work using your own initiative with minimal supervision.
• Demonstrate good attention to detail and show pride in the work produced.

Click the apply-button to send your application.QualificationsHave strong experience in all aspects of building physics, including building energy modelling and UK Part L compliance analysis using IES or SAP.Experience of using IES/Equest in consultancy setting; preferably working on projects in the UK.Experience of using SAP would be advantages, as would an understanding of the requirements of relevant UK legislation.
