Job Description
Responsibilities & Key Deliverables
- Knowledge of new product development.
- Basic Knowledge of tractor / vehicle systems and its applications.
- Functional understanding & experience in designing the Cabin parts for tractor/automotive vehicle.
- Design of Sheetmetal, plastic & Trims, Rubbers parts etc.
- Knowledge of design, testing and validation of Cabin tractor.
- Expertise in Creo/Pro-E, UG NX & Team Centre Engineering
- Basic knowledge of QFD, benchmarking
- Knowledge of cabin sealings, NVH and design verification process.
- 3-D layout and 2D drawing preparation and interface checking.
- Knowledge of design tools like DFMEA, DFM, DFA, DFS & GD&T
- Basic knowledge in manufacturing process for sheet metal, plastic parts.
- Understanding Assembly and Serviceability requirement in tractor/ vehicle
