Job Title - Engineer QA Division - Weir Minerals Location - Bangalore OnsiteRoles and responsibilities
Knowledge of testing of Rubber Physical properties Hardness, Resilience, Specific gravity, Tensile strength, Elongation, Abrasion Loss, Compression test, Rheometer test, Adhesion test, and aging properties.
Basic Knowledge of Rubber Material and Corresponding IS/BS/DIN Standards.
Focusing on process improvements to achieve consistent quality of rubber manufacturing process.
Carrying out full time Inspection at Rubber lab.
Good Knowledge & handling of various basic measurement instruments.
Preparation of quality Reports & maintaining the documents systematically.
Analysing the failures through proper tools like CAPA and 8D etc and putting actions in place.
Ensuring Calibration Requirements for all Testing & Inspection Equipments.
Knowledge of surface preparation and coatings.
Knowledge of Conducting process audits at rubber mixing, moulding and rubber lining areas.
Basic Knowledge of ISO standards QMS, EMS & OHSAS
Education Qualification:Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.Experience :4 to 5 Years Experience in QA/QCTechnical Skills Required
Drawing Reading and understanding
Basic Rubber knowledge.

Basic Knowledge of material testing like physical and chemical properties.
