Since the beginning, Thales has been playing an essential role in India\xe2\x80\x99s growth story by sharing its technologies and expertise in Defence, Transport, Aerospace and Digital Identity and Security markets.Skills Required:Strong analytical and problem solving skills.Should have overall 3 to 5 years engineering experiences in embedded software Testing mainly System Level and Equipment Level TestingCandidate should have good knowledge of scripting language PythonCandidate should be Strong in writing test objectives, test procedures and test report.Good knowledge of test bench (board, interface)Candidate should be strong in designing high and low level test cases (eg. system testing, component testing, Unit testing related test cases).Candidate should have strong knowledge of scripting language Shell Script, ROTS & LinuxCandidate should have good knowledge of SSIT & SHIT and usage of frameworkGood experience working tools \xe2\x80\x93 JIRA, ClearcaseKnowledge on avionics process and standard.Job Responsibilities:As a V&V Software Engineer, you will be a major actor in the software Testing phase.Software engineering, V&V principles and best practices across all phases of software testing.Verify SRS (Software requirement specification).Manages a test bench (board, interface).Create or modify test scripts.Realizes tests (automatic and manual).Regression, unit, integration, component and system testing.Generates Test Results (STR)Debugging and resolving complex problems by using Tests Benches and Tools.Ensure quality deliveries.Focus on timely delivery with quality and cost.Participate in an AGILE team involved in the development.Apply and comply with the configuration management process.Cascade trustable information to the Senior/Lead Engineers.Comply with Organizational policies.At Thales we provide CAREERS and not only jobs.
